Exhibitor Booths/Tables include food and beverages for 1 person. Additional meals can be purchased during exhibitor registration. If you need additional power/electricity for large equipment, the hotel has a 1-time charge of $35.
One day - $450 (Extra power to booth + $35 - one-time charge, either one or both days)
Two days - $810
VVMA Members receive a 10% discount - log in to your profile to receive the reduced registration fee
The price of an exhibitor table includes 3 x 6 draped table, 2 chairs, breakfast, lunch, and 1 snack for 1 person. If additional staff require meals, you can add this option at the end of the registration. The price for all meals including tax and service charges is $86 per day.

Conference Sponsors
We are offering 4 Sponsorship levels - Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Select the level that meets your needs! Details on sponsorship levels are below. If you would like to be a sponsor at one of our CE meetings or would like to directly sponsor one of our speakers, please contact VVMA Executive Director at [email protected]. We also accept sponsorship for meals and social events which are listed on the online sponsorship form. You are also welcome to complete the online form (or download the form and submit it via email).
Platinum Level sponsors - $3,000 and above:
- Acknowledgment of generous sponsorship and introduction of vendor rep in Thank You Message from the moderator at the opening of the event
- Exhibitor booth including meals for 2 reps
- Remarks by vendor rep or video (produced by vendor) of up to 5 minutes at the opening of the conference.
- Ability to register for and attend the live event for one vendor rep including for CE credit on the day of the sponsored speaker/event
- Addition to our website sponsor page on vtvets.org – includes logo, product or service links, and contact info for one year (info may be changed throughout the year if desired)
- Use of electronic leaderboards outside of program rooms for advertising (we can rotate in a loop a number of images, and each one stays up for 30 seconds)
- Inclusion of logo and link in all pre-event email blasts to 1,200+ veterinarians and technicians
- Color logo on the cover of brochure emailed prior to the event
- Color logo and link on the main page of our website announcing the event
- Logo, link, and contact info on the cover of attendee speaker notes
- Recognition of sponsorship in the VVMA newsletter
- Inclusion in at least one social media post thanking sponsors
- Follow-up email from sponsor to attendees (sent by VVMA) if desired

Gold Level sponsors - $2,000:
- Acknowledgment of generous sponsorship and introduction of vendor rep in Thank You Message from a moderator at the opening of the event
- Remarks by vendor rep or video (produced by vendor) of up to 5 minutes following lunch break before the afternoon session
