The VVMA was first organized on October 25, 1898. VVMA Mission: Promoting excellence in the veterinary community, animal well-being and public health through advocacy, education and outreach. VVMA Vision: To be the preeminent authority on veterinary medicine and animal well-being in Vermont and to support and advocate for our members. VVMA Values: Integrity, Service, Dedication, Compassion, Inclusivity, Visionary Thinking, Life-Long Learning.
